Office Policies

At Synergy Healing Arts, we have created a set of office policies to keep things fair and running smoothly on both ends.  You can review them here.

 

           Do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions.

  1. As we are HIPAA compliant, we will not release your information without written consent from you, unless it pertains to payment for services (i.e. your insurance company). Or any court ordered requirements. A copy of our privacy policy will be provided to you at your request.

  2. Clients are responsible for cancelation and late fees. Please see our financial policy below

  3. Please help us to maintain peaceful, relaxing environment by refraining from cell phone use in our office or by putting your phone on vibrate mode or off.

  4. You will receive a reminder email 24-48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. 

  5. Personal products, such as candles, incense, sage, etc. cannot be returned for refund.

Financial Policy for Synergy Healing Arts

At Synergy Healing Arts, we strive to provide our clients with the highest level of care and service. In order to maintain the integrity of our business and ensure that we can continue to offer exceptional services, we have established the following financial policy.

 

Cancellation Policy:

If you need to cancel your appointment, we require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice. If you cancel your appointment more than 24 hours in advance, we will refund your payment in full.

 

Late Cancellation/Late Arrival Policy:

If you cancel your appointment within 24 hours of the scheduled time or arrive 15 minutes late to your appointment, you will be charged the full price of the service.

 

Payment:

All payments must be made in full at the time of service. We accept cash, credit cards, and online payment vendors.

 

Insurance:

We do not currently accept insurance for our services.

 

Refunds:

Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment that was used for the original transaction. Refunds may take up to 10 business days to process.

 

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise that may prevent you from keeping your scheduled appointment. If you have any questions about our financial policy, please do not hesitate to contact us.
