On the first day of the challenge, we will focus on rooting into the earth . Through guided meditations, you will visualize yourself growing roots deep into the ground, drawing strength and stability from the earth's core. Engage in grounding breathwork exercises to solidify your connection with the earth's energy.


As we progress to the second day, we will shift our focus to building your protective shield . Explore visualization techniques that allow you to envision a shield of light surrounding you, deflecting negativity and fostering a sense of security. Practice breathwork to reinforce your protective barrier and imbue it with positivity.


On the final day of the challenge, we will emphasize integration and empowerment . Reflect on your experiences from the past two days, noticing any shifts in your energy and awareness. Engage in a comprehensive meditation practice that combines grounding, protection, and breathwork to unify your mind, body, and spirit.
